Werewolves;;
The Quilette Indians live on the LaPush Reservation. They've lived in peace for several hundred years. They were descendants of wolves, according to their oral tradition. They could change into wolves at will when they had to protect their tribe from harm. All was fine and well until the cold ones returned. The vampires brought back the werewolves.

The werewolf's only enemy is the vampire. A family of seven live off grizzlies and mountain lions in small, rainy Forks, Washington. The seven vampires are 'vegetarians,' they don't eat humans. Carlisle Cullen accepted a job at the local hospital. He moved his wife Esme and their four 'adopted children' to the town. The teens attend school at Forks High School like everyone else and nothing seems out of the ordinary. Until Bella arrived.

Bella Swan is daughter of Police Officer Swan. She left her mother in Pheonix, AZ and moved with her father, Charlie. In her first month at Forks she managed to fall utterly and completely in love with Edward Cullen. After year of accidents and adventures she accepts to marry him, with the condition that he will change her into a vampire. However, she's not ready to give up her friendship with werewolf, Jacob Black. Jacob is not ready to let her go away so easily. But the winds of change are definitely blowing. New vampires are appearing, as well as werewolves, all eager for that confrontation. They must wait for that day when a single bite will break the treaty, and all hell will break loose.
