It’s been a hundred years since Sôsuke Aizen and his Arrancar attempted to destroy the Soul Society. The Shinigami, Death Gods or Soul Reapers, were able to stop Aizen from doing so but at great cost. Many lives were lost during this war, but many more were saved. Now after a hundred years everything is peaceful. The Soul Society is currently rebuilding and there has been a boom in Shinigami. But there has also been a decrease in Hollow activity, which makes many wonder whats going on. The Gotei 13 are investigating this and a few other things that have yet to be answered since the end of the war. But nothing is what it seems.
Will you be a Shinigami and help in the ongoing investigation that are currently being done? Maybe you will be a simple human oblivious to the world. Or maybe a Quincy who carries a strong hatred towards the Shinigami. What ever it is… the world is turning to darkness and everyone will have a role to play.
