Kayleigh and Tristain were officially public the moment they had walked on to the fair grounds hand in hand. When he had been with Dio they had never really 'gone public.' People had just figure it out from the amount of time they spent together, and the few times someone happened to catch them when they were... not in public. Diomedea didn't like to show 'pda.' It didn't bother Tristain in the slightest, but she hated it. However, it also didn't bother Kayleigh in the slightest. In fact, both Kayleigh and Tristain would much rather do whatever they want, no matter who was around. So they had. Then if the hand holding hadn't made it obvious, the kissing, whenever they deemed it a good opportunity ought to make it obvious. The gossip chain would probably have a field day with this one. It had already gotten out that Tristain and Dio had a rather... nasty break up. Though the details hadn't gotten out, but the rumors were that Dio had jealousy issues. Which was kind of right. Tristain knew his relationship with Kayleigh had been fast, and that it probably would have been better to wait a while before getting into another serious relationship. However, the thing with Kayleigh had just happened, and Tristain was happier then he had ever been before. Besides, Tristain and Kayleigh made much more sense then Tristain and Dio. Which was probably what they were saying. Along with a whole story about how Kayleigh stole Tristain away from Rosier, and how they had been having a secret affair.
Not that either Tristain or Kayleigh cared about the rumors. They were just having a blast together. They had competed in the games rather then just Tristain just 'impressing the girl with his throwing skills and winning her a stuffed animal.' That was what Tristain loved about her. That she didn't feel the need to act help less, and she wasn't in the slightest. They could just have fun together and talk about Quidditch. They had rode most of the rides, and now they were heading over to get food. When they reached the food stands Tristain turned to Kayleigh and kissed her again. "What do you want to eat Babe?" he asked her.
