APPEARANCE:
Madison is one of those girls who had been raised to be beautiful. Her parents had decided they were severely blessed when their daughter was born because she was, in fact, one of those babies everyone oo'd and awe'd over. Over the years, Maddie's mother put her in pageant after pageant, doing everything she possibly could to preserve the girl's childhood beauty. And, fortunately enough for the family, as Maddie grew older, her looks blossomed right along with her figure, and she's remained quite the looker throughout the duration of her life- and she hates it. While Madison has the face and features most girls would die for, she doesn't flaunt her looks or wear anything revealing to get her attention. In fact, she's usually found in torn shirts, dirty, rugged jeans, and a pair of shoes that look as if they're about to fall apart at any given minute. When she has to wear the school uniform, she always looks a bit sloppy- though not grungily so- and like she had perhaps slept in the uniform and just rolled out of bed and went on her merry way.

Madison is decently tall, standing at a compromising 5'7" 1/2, and she doesn't complain about her lack of height, or boast about her advantage over those who are shorter then her. She's definitely got curves and a figure to kill for, though getting a glimpse at either is hard to do as she's always wearing something comfortable rather then form fitting. Her hair is a mass of chocolate colored strands, though occasionally she likes to charm a bit of red or blonde into the coloring just to mix things up a bit- after all, her mother would be furious with such an act. The only feature on her body that she doesn't mess with or complain about are her eyes. The orbs are brilliantly blue in color, and contrast with her skin tone in such a way that it makes her eyes look that much brighter, if not fake in their coloring. Maddie in general is attractive, even if she tries desperately to escape the fact.

PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION:
Madison is a tomboy to say the very least. Anything that can get her bruise, battered, and covered in dirt is alright with her. Unfortunately, this state of mind comes with quite the reckless streak. She's almost stupidly curious, and has no fear what-so-ever when it comes to exploring new places and she has absolutely no regard for the trouble she can get herself into with her reckless ways. She's admittedly courageous, and she'll stand up for anyone who needs to be stood up for, though she's not above laughing at someone else's expense either. Her philosophy in life is that a person needs to experience life to the fullest, and she practices this with every chance she gets. From wandering into the Forbidden Forest, teasing the Whomping Willow (one of her favorite pastimes) or finding new escape routes to sneak out of the castle. She's all about living life day to day without a care in the world for the consequences.

WHATS IN THE PAST:
Garreth and Aurora Lenger met under normal, Muggle, circumstances. They had attended school together all their lives, grown up down the street from one another, and their parents had been those kind of people who played cards every Saturday night, then attended Church together the next morning. So it was only natural for something to spark between the two over time. The pair married straight out of High school- much to the approval of their parents- and things only escalated from there. Garreth managed to land a job with a small company that sprung up over night, and within three short years, he came to own the company and all it's assets, thus creating quite the wealthy environment for his wife- who by this point was pregnant with their first and only child. Aurora gave birth to Madison, and from that very first day on, her life would be nothing but a fashion show. As soon as she was old enough, Aurora entered Maddie in every beauty pageant she could manage, and she continued to do for as long as she could. Unfortunately for her mother, at age eleven, Maddie received her Hogwarts letter, and to say that this took her family by surprise would be an understatement.

As far as the Lengers knew, Madison had never in her life shown any signs of magical talent. Hell, as far as Maddie knew she'd never shown any signs for it either. However, the letter had come with a mate, one listing reasons and signs, proof that the invitation wasn't just some hoax. Clothing that would fit one day, then be too small the next, items that would disappear or break whenever Maddie was irritated or upset. There was a whole slue of signs indicating that magic existed, and it existed within the Lengers' child. So, naturally, her parents did everything they were instructed to do. They went- with a mighty bit of hesitation of course- and got her everything she needed, the best of everything she could get. At first, this had pleased Maddie, but over her years spent at Hogwarts, she'd grown to hate the lavish things her parents would buy for her. So it came to be that the brunette rebelled against her mother. Her girly ways were ditched by her second year at Hogwarts, and her tomboy-ish nature set in full force, and has only gotten worse as her years have carried on. This has put quite the damper on the relationship between mother and daughter, but honestly Maddie wouldn't have it any other way.

She's spent her years at Hogwarts trying to step away from the pretty little rich girl she showed up as, and has thus far done a rather good job of it. She doesn't quite excel in her classes, but she does well enough to keep up and carry on without fuss, and she's managed to fit in with her crowd despite being Muggleborn and having never even knew magic existed outside of Fairy Tales.

The library really wasn't a place Calixte was overly fond of. True enough, she visited the location often enough, but it was usually just long enough to get the books she needed for her studies, to check them out, and then she was on her way somewhere else to get the assignments done. It wasn't that she didn't like the library itself, it was the fact that there were usually so many people inside, and a good majority of them were there not to study. She had been fine with the place up until one afternoon when she'd wandered down one of the isles, looking for a particular book, and stumbled across a pair of students who were obviously more interested in each other then whatever topic they were supposed to be working on. Since that point, she generally avoided the library at all costs lest she have to visit.

Which this afternoon, she had to. She needed a book on astrology, as the maps she already had in her possession didn't quite cover the assignment she needed to get done. The mythology of the stars was something she understood without hesitation or any problems what-so-ever, but the locations and what-have-you? Epic failure on her part. So Cali had quickly wandered into the library, found the isle she needed, and had worked her way along it trying to find the books she needed. This search had put her out towards the end of the isle, and when her eyes at last found the book she needed, naturally it was out of reach. A sigh of frustration left the redhead's lips and for several moments she just frowned at the book. Leave it to her to need the most difficult book in the room, and not have her wand on her person to call it down to her.

Several attempts were made to reach for the book, putting Cali on her tip-toes with her arms stretched as far as they would go, yet to no avail. After a moment, the curvy teen dropped back to her normal height and laid her hands to her hips. Really, she didn't want to have to get a chair to stand on, but all the stools were missing, and it looked like that was going to be her only option. "Lovely..." she muttered darkly to herself. "The one bloody time I don't have my wand...." this trip to the library was definitely becoming her least favorite as the seconds ticked by.
ANSWER: That she would actually KILL a pregnant woman!
