APPEARANCE:

Tabitha is what you could describe as ‘innocent looking’. She has a very girly appearance; which are quite typical girly looks; the soft blonde hair and the big blue eyes. And long thin legs with a flat belly. This of course has led to people judging Tabitha to be vain and a ‘Barbie’ type girl. This is far from the truth; Tabitha didn’t ask for her looks, she just got them. And although she knows she’s pretty, she doesn’t like the way people treat her because of it.

Tabitha stands at around 5' 3½" so she’s quite small; but she’s more legs then body. But her height doesn’t concern her; she comes from a relatively small family and knows that it will be unlikely for her to grow any taller. So she just accepts it, after all. No one can change their DNA can they? And even if they could, Tabitha wouldn’t want to. She’s glad for the body she’s got and wouldn’t want to swap it for anything; even if it does mean people are cruel.

Naturally; Tabitha’s hair is wavy and she has slight ringlets towards the tips of her hair. However, Tabitha likes to style her hair in different ways, sometimes you’ll see it really curly, and other times it will be dead straight. But it can be difficult because her natural hairstyle is in-between. So if she does choose to style it, she has to put a lot of work into it, and has to make sure the right amount of heat is used to keep it in place.

PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION:

Tabitha is mainly described as sweet, innocent and caring. Tabitha always puts others before herself, and when a friend is upset, she does whatever she can to make them happy again. She can go to extreme lengths in order to do it; she doesn’t see any limits in helping a friend out. And that can sometimes get her into slight trouble. But you can always guarantee that Tabitha will smile whatever happens. Even if she’s upset she’ll still put a smile on her face; because she knows that it will make others happy.

Although she tries to stay upbeat, she doesn’t cope well when people abandon one another. It reminds her of when her father left. And even though he returned and she forgave him, she still is uncomfortable with the thought of people leaving one another. So if a friend ever ditches her or someone dumps her, she finds it hard to recover as quickly as other people. She takes a lot of things to heart, and although she is generally forgiving, she still feels some of the effects.

Tabitha is quite average when it comes to her brainpower; she’s not the smartest girl in the world. But the grades she gets allow her to continue each year. Sometimes she blames her heritage, and wishes she could do better. But she’s slowly learning to accept that it might not be who she is. She knows that some things are more important, and although she might never surpass her friends, she’s happy for them and enjoys life as it is.

WHATS IN THE PAST:

Born an only child to Brian and Sophie, Tabitha was seen as some sort of blessing. The couple had been trying for years and had almost given up hope. So when Sophie found out she was finally having a child; her heart was full of joy. They were very cautious and tried to not get their hopes up. But thankfully everything went smoothly and little Tabitha came to the world.

People have always remarked on how Tabitha looks like her mother, and this was noticed from an early age. Tabitha grew up being known as ‘Sophie’s daughter’. And although Tabitha always said that Brian was a part of it, people didn’t seem to notice his traits. And for a while Brian didn’t care. He was just happy to have a daughter and he himself could see she looked a lot like her mother.

But as she grew older some of the teasing got worse and her father walked out. For almost two years Tabitha and her mum got by on their own. Tabitha couldn’t understand it. And although she was angry and upset, she didn’t hate her father, and didn’t blame him. She understood that he was upset. So she begged her mother to let them move, Tabitha wanted the whole family to start afresh. And although her mother was reluctant, she agreed and they moved. When her father was told, he decided to come back; he knew it had been a mistake. It took a long time, but eventually the two got together, and they were a family once again.

Living somewhere new really did the family a lot of good. And although things were a little awkward and still rocky, everything seemed to be going well. And when Tabitha finally finished school, her parents were all prepared to send her off to a posh secondary school that they had attended. But it seemed there were other plans. Because no sooner had Tabitha finished school she received a letter. The writing was in sea green and it was addressed to her. Opening it, a new world was exposed to Tabitha, the world of magic.

At first Tabitha refused to believe it, she didn’t think it possible for magic to exist. But as she continued to read the letter over and over again, she began to feel excited about what was in store for her. Of course; having muggles as parents made it difficult for her to get around. But thankfully a neighbour [who happened to be a wizard] helped them out.

Coming to Hogwarts was like being given a free ticket to Disney World. It gave Tabitha such a wonderful buzz. She found the whole atmosphere exciting and new. And although she found performing magic a little difficult; she still gave it a good try. She wasn’t the top of her class, but she wasn’t the bottom. She was just average. And even though she got a few nasty comments over her blood, she ignored it and continued on with her life.

Now in her final year, Tabitha has grown a lot and has a lot of knowledge of spells. Over the years she’s improved, and with that improvement her grades have gone up. She tries to not use magic at home, although her parents find it useful and amusing. Tabitha knows she can survive without magic. And she hopes that when she leaves Hogwarts she can return and teach Herbology; her favourite lesson. If not she’ll be a healer. But whatever she ends up doing, she hopes she can teach people that tasks can be done without the use of magic.

Ah the glorious and beautiful hills of Scotland, far enough away to get some 'fresh' air and some peace and quiet. But close enough to easily get back without any trouble. True, the hills weren't as secluded as the forest that Kadey normally visited. But it was good enough for her, she was truely glad that she was here.

Kadey wasn't really one to walk around the hills, at least not in her human form. But for once she felt the need to enjoy the hills in a natural Earthling way. Plus she was tired and didn't have all that much energy to change her shape anyway. She'd been up for some time last night and it had drained her of her usual energy.

It wasn't like anything had been troubling her...well... the encounter with the time lord 'The Doctor' had given her a lot to think about. And she was starting to wonder wether or not it was time to 'dissapear' again. She'd done it loads of times before, and it was quite easy for her to do. It just meant she'd be in a lot of emotional pain for a while.

As a gentle gust of wind picked up, Kadey felt her troubles blow away. Did it really matter if someone knew her secret? He'd never tell anyone, and anyway, she could appear to be anyone she wanted. And if need be, she could change her appearance and stick to it. Problem solved, and he'd never know it was her. She could pass him in the street and he'd probably not give her a second glance.

Reaching the top of the tallest hill, Kadey looked over the horizen and sighed. It was a shame that some of the natural beauty had been taken away in order for buildings to be built. It really hurt her sometimes, why did the humans think buildings were soo good? Couldn't they live simply like they used to thousands of years ago? Or did they enjoy tearing and destroying their planet to pieces? "How long till it's all gone?"
