PET: She has a cat at Hogwarts, Narcissus. Back at home she also has a serpent, Medusa, and a leopard, Marmara. Suffice it to say, they don't live in an apartment. Instead, they live on an old house, very well kept, in the countryside.

APPEARANCE: Diomedea has long blonde silky hair and her big faded-blue eyes glow with malice most of the time. She walks with a sense of arrogance and she is arrogant herself. She has a high opinion of herself, exactly because she knows and believes she is best at everyone else. She has a straight nose and finely "carved" cheekbones. To be precice, her appearance is breath-taking (however, she is no Veela), but evil hides behind this rare beauty. She likes to snort and a characteristic of her face is her arrogant grimace which usually plays round her lips. She dresses in the most fine wizarding clothing from the best brands and never is untidy or scruffy. Her family is prosperous after all, which gives her the opportunity to dress elegantly.

Her murderous eyes seem as though they can intrude upon others' thoughts and mind, and they can glow with rage, fury, betrayal, mischief, danger and the like. She has white, soft and alabaster skin. She is around 1,80 metres, and especially, she has long and slim legs; they leave the boys in awe and some girls in jealousy, though of course they don't admit it (who girl would! xD), but Diomedea knows it already, she can see it right through their eyes. A sneer can also grace her full lips, and she never smiles wholly or laughs friendly. Almost always her laugh is cold, cruel and mirthless. From her walk people understand she oozes confidence.

PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION: Diomedea is ruthless. Her fierce, power and determination are characteristic to her personality, but ruthlessness is more. She will go to any means to achieve her ends (which makes her a true Slytherin after all) and has no problem to sacrifice a number of things other people would not dare even think of when it comes to ambition and target. She has learned advanced magic and uses it when she feels it necessary; however, she is no show-off (she considers show-offs as losers and believes that if you need to show off something, it means you don't have it anyway and you are trying to lure the other person into believing you actually have it). She also hates backstabbing. She is sly but she would never backstab. She has no problem to tell people that she hates them, dislikes them or feels nothing toward them and if she had to fight them, she would do so in front of them and not behind their backs, because she believes that people who fight behind other's backs are cowards and, more importantly, are too weak and don't know magic which would suffice for a duel.

She oozes confidence, and that comes off also from the way she walks. She has confidence in the magic she knows. On another note, she is an open-minded person. She dislikes Muggles, Gryffindors and Hufflepuffs (she thinks that, at least, Ravenclaws are sort of supposed to be smart), but if there was a very good student from these Houses, smart and extremely good with magic, she would acknowledge it. Of course, that doesn't mean she would feel them to match her, but she would at least not say they were 'a waste of space and time', as she likes to express many times, a characteristic phrase she likes to make use of. They have called her 'The Ice Queen' and for good reason. She likes fellow Slytherins and is furious when they do not reach up to the general expectations and when they don't have the so-called 'Slytherin Pride'. She absolutely upholds the family's honour and its tradition. She is not sadictic generally, but when it comes to people that have hurt family members or herself in the past (for example, the Aurors who killed her mother), she is sadistic and wants to see them writhe and squirm in pain.

Failure is not her option. She always has to win, and this is what she always has as her priority. Whether in classes, research, duelling, or anything else that might come up, she will not get defeated, she will never allow that to herself. She is wicked and cruel. A genius who wants to take her own place in the world. She excells at classes and her teachers respect her. She always gains points for Slytherin and rarely loses any, if ever. Her soul is dark and impenetrable. No one can see what her real thoughts are, what her intentions are, but when she wants her intentions and feelings to be shown, they are shown indeed. She is vengeful and cold.

SPECIAL ABILITIES: Diomedea can read between the lines, which means she knows stuff other people don't. You might call it intuition. For instance, if she is talking with someone, she can tell what bothers them, and if not the real thing itself, revolving around it. She is an Occlumens and a Legilimens, having received an early extensive training in Greece from her grand-mother, since for the old woman it was unacceptable her grand-daughter woul dnot know such magic. This explains how she seems so distant, because people cannot understand how she feels, what she thinks and the like.

WHATS IN THE PAST: Her mother, Eyphrosyne was suspected as a Death Eater and was murdered by Aurors. That was traumatic for her. Thus, Diomedea abhors anything that has to do with the Aurors but also the Death Eaters, because it is the reason her mother was murdered. Therefore, Diomedea had to mature before her age and learned the hard way. Cruelty was spawned in her soul, as she grew up with no mother due to other's cruelty. She wants and craves to take revenge. This is why she hates almost all people. When her mother died, her heart suddenly froze and became as cold as ever. Without her mother's unconditional love, Diomedea became rough. She has never cried, never shed a single tear in her life till then.

If her mother had not been dead, Diomedea would still be ruthless and arrogant of course but in a lesser degree. Now, with what she witnessed as a child, she is empty, frigid, does not connect with others and quite dislikes them. She is fond of her father, but he cannot take her mother's place in her heart. Ever since she died, Diomedea's feelings were hurt, her heart was broken into pieces and she became what she is now. She studied magic in all levels so that one day, as an extraordinary witch as she is, she will take her revenge in the most cruel way. Hatred runs through her veins, really, unbelievably much.

Diomedea is a powerful witch from extensive training. She has been taught roughly by her grandmother Andromache in Greece (she has some roots from there). Of course, the Trace does not follow her so far but at any rate, should it follow her, Greece, which has her own wide magical community that functions on a different method (specifically, witches and wizards are free to experiment with magic ever since they become seven years old, for Greece believes that early training makes for great wizards) has so much magical energy and protection that it disorientates any foreign Trace. The magic she learned there is remarkable but she doesn't show it to others; Diomedea is no show-off and she thinks that others aren't priviledged to know it. However, if she was asked to perform it, or if she felt she should, she would of course use it. Her father is extremely proud of Diomedea and she is what he loves most in his life. It saddens him a little to see her so cold, distant, but he loves her all the same.

RP EXAMPLE: Diomedea walked down the steps of the great marble staircase. She was wearing an ethereal, white dress. Her back was showing also, up to a point of course, not wholly. She was tall indeed. Her long, silky blonde hair was hanging down her arms, making nice big curls in the end. Her make-up was exotic and matched her whole outfit: it put emphasis on her cat-like, big eyes, her full lips and finely carved cheekbones. A big necklace and some bracelets were in her neck and hands accordingly. She brought an aura of such beauty and it was as though warmth was emitted from her body, she was really so vibrant and glowing in beauty. An arrogant look was in her face, but which made her seem aristocratic if anything.

She saw Zacques standing in the Entrance Hall and smirked, walking down the rest of the stairs. She knew that the majority of the girls wished they were in her place, and frankly she would give it to them as she held no special feelings for Zacques, but she would enjoy the moment. She finally approached him and looked at him straight in his eyes, smiling provocatively. "Don't you look ... dazzling," she snorted, mocking, looking down at him. "The next time you talk to me, make sure you wash your tongue with soap first," she said coldly and walked past him, expecting him to follow her.
