APPEARANCE:
If any muggle saw Danielle the first word that’s likely to come to mind is… cheerleader. Danielle has blonde hair that falls just past her shoulders. Sometimes she leaves her hair in its natural loose curls, and sometimes she straightens it. It’s pretty much a 50-50 thing. Dani has dark blue eyes, the only trait she got from her father. Dani is fairly small, and she stays in shape by being a dedicated runner for about six years and the occasional game of Quidditch. (She was a reserve for her dorm team for two years before coming to Hogwarts, and has played every position besides seeker in a match.) Danielle isn’t very tall, a mere 5’1, though she hasn’t exactly stopped growing, she’s not likely to get too much taller.

It’s not just her hair or her size that brings about the world cheerleader. Dani is a very friendly girl, and she’s always smiling and laughing and chattering away to just about anybody. Her light hair and happy attitude often reminds people of sunshine, in fact that was her nickname when she was little, and her father still calls her that.

Dani’s accent is rather interesting. Since she grew up in Britain she’s got a distinct British accent, but spending the last four years in the US she’s started to pick up on a bit of an American accent. From spending so much time with Risi, she’s picked up a few southern words and you’ll hear her say ‘y’all’ or ‘gonna’ on occasion, and it sounds rather funny mixed with her British accent.

PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION: Danielle is an extremely outgoing girl. Unlike her older brother she loves to talk and loves being the center of attention. She loves to be loved. She’s a very happy person, and always looks on the bright side of things. She loves fairytales, but she doesn’t believe in love at first sight in the slightest.

She is like her brother in the sense that she loves to read. Most people when first getting to know the girl would never expect that, but she is indeed a book nerd. She doesn't on the other hand like studying or homework. She hates wasting her time studying for hours on tests or spending long amounts of time on essays and homework. This causes at the end of semester cramming for finals so she can do well enough in the class to be accepted into the Auror program.

Danielle is a girly girl. She loves gossip, although she’s not fond of drama involving her. She loves to get her nails done and go shopping. Danielle is also a dedicated runner. She runs at least once a day every day. It’s her way of relieving stress and staying in shape. Dani’s always been the baby of the family. Because of this her father and brother Cooper are quite overprotective of her. Something she hates quite a bit.

WHATS IN THE PAST:
Robert and Beth met during their final year at Hogwarts. Robert collided into Beth during a Quidditch match and knocked the Hufflepuff off her broom, and the Gryffindor felt incredibly guilty. Beth tried to tell him it was fine, no harm done, but Robert decided that he would make it up too her. The two began dating soon after that, and they’re just as in love now as they were the day they met. They married a year after graduation and had the twins 11 months after that. Then Danielle was born a year and a half after that.

Danielle attended Hogwarts for about a week before Robert was abruptly transferred to America. The three Dawson siblings were transferred to the American Academy for Witches and Wizards. Danielle’s brothers weren’t happy about leaving (especially Cooper), but Dani wasn’t attached to Hogwarts yet. At AAWW, Danielle quickly made a lot of friends. She was a friendly, outgoing girl and she never had issues making friends. She grew particularly close to three girls in her dorm. Miranda, Lauren, and Saorise (Risi.) She was the closest to Risi though. The girl’s despite their differences became inseperable. They spent their holidays together, and their families started hanging out as well. Risi was muggleborn, and her mother loved to have someone to talk to about all the things she didn’t get. They coincidentally had the same birthday (September 21st) and often referred to themselves as twins even though Risi had brown hair and Danielle had blonde. The two were similar, but as different as night and day. Dani had blonde hair, loved the sunshine, a morning person, a girly-girl, and loved bright colors. Risi was a brunette, loved the moon and the stars, preferred the night, was a bit of a tomboy, and hated dressing up or going shopping.

Dani was happy at AAWW. She had her friends, and was used to her rather small school. At the beginning of the summer before her fifth year Robert was transferred back to Britain because of the war that was going on. Dani has been trying to make the best of it, but leaving her home to go back to a school she hardly remembered. The worst part was leaving Risi for Danielle though.

RP EXAMPLE:
If Danielle had been in a better mood she'd have been bouncing up and down. Danielle had a very strange approach to stress. She tended to take it fairly well until two days before the exam when she sat down and did nothing but study. She didn't freak out until about 12 hours before the exam. When the exam came though, she, if she had gotten enough studying done, was calm. It was a very routine process that Danielle had grown used to. Her brother being a very stereo typical Ravenclaw hated her studying method with a fiery passion and tried to get her to do what he considered healthy. She of course ignored what he said and continued with her way. It worked for her. She had just gone through this with her Transfiguration OWL. She hated Transfiguration with a fiery passion. She just didn't have a knack for it. She had spent six hours straight the day before the exam with Cooper working on spells. She had thought she did fairly well on the OWL though. She had managed her practical alright anyways. She was glad it was over. She had sworn a weekend long break, which had turned into Friday night and Saturday off. She was going to enjoy the sun while she could though.

However she was not out enjoying the time in her time dedicated to not studying in the sun right this instance. Instead she was in the poorly lit library. She wasn't however studying. She was searching for her boyfriend. Alex was a seventh year and he'd been studying like crazy for his NEWTs. Despite having his Potions NEWTs coming very soon he had agreed to go out for a walk with her which she was incredibly happy about. The exams were a stressful time, but she truly believed break time was necessary.

She saw the table Alex was sitting at his notes all over the table he was sitting at. She pulled out the seat across from him and waited for him to finish what he was doing and notice her. When she finally noticed she realized he was stressing out about the Potions NEWTs more than she had thought. "Hey," she said smiling brightly despite his lack of good mood. "Oh they're going okay. I've stayed true to my word and I haven't studied all day, though I'll probably start studying for Charms after our walk. I'm just glad I've gotten Transfiguration out of the way. How about you? How is the Potions studying going?" she asked him sympathetically.
