{ About The CHARACTER }
x Liesl Tabatha Dawkins"Lele"
CANNON OR ORIGINAL: Original YEAR: 6th AGE: 16 DOB: April 7, 1967 RACE: human GENDER: female SEXUALITY: heterosexual WAND: 11", Beech, Unicorn hair BROOM: Cleansweep PET: A black and white cat. The cat has a big white splotch on its nose that's shaped somewhat like a star. Liesl named it Ringo, after her favorite Beatle.
APPEARANCE: Liesl's hair falls to just under her shoulder and is a wavy, honey-gold color. Most of the time she doesn't take too much time on her hair, preferring her hair loose and down as opposed to fixed and up. However, when the occasion calls for it Liesl will put a lot of effort on her hair. Liesl's eyes are a sky blue and seem to always have a happy twinkle in them. She stand at 5'2", a good foot shorter than her brother. To fit her size, Liesl's figure is petite and slim. She has to work to keep her weight proportionate to her height, but playing quidditch helps her keep weight off. She's also a pretty healthy eater so she normally keeps her petite, hour-glass figure.
Liesl's style is best described as vintage. She adores anything from the 40's or 50's and sometimes thinks she was born in the wrong decade. She's very classy in what she wears and has a gift for picking out outfits that blend colors no one would think of blending, but still looking very pretty. She has a collection of hats that she is very proud of, and about fifty something pairs of shoes. Even she will admit that the shoes might be a bit excessive, but after all.... a girl has to look her best. Liesl normally doesn't wear a lot of jewelry, and hardly wears any on regular day bases. She also doesn't overload on make-up unless it's a special occaision. FACE CLAIM: Emilie De Ravin
PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION: Liesl's almost always cheerful and optimistic. Whenever any of her friends feel down or upset, Liesl just flashes them a smile and gives them her famous Liesl hug. The blond loves to laugh and daydream, which can give her a spacey appearance. However, Liesl's usually good at keeping her daydreams to a minimum while in class or around people. She loves dancing and can be seen twirling down the halls of Hogwarts, a happy grin on her face. Though Liesl can be a little spacey and some people think she doesn't take things seriously, she does have a serious side. Whenever the occasion calls for toughness, Liesl will rise to the job.
Liesl is very vintage in her personality. Her style and likes concentrate mostly around the 1940's and 50's. Her favorite singer is Frank Sinatra, while her favorite actor is Marlon Brando, and actress is Grace Kelly. This also means that she loves muggle stuff; it's very fascinating stuff to her. She loves giving makeovers and she's quite good at them as well. Though Liesl is very sweet and easy to get along with, she can have a terrible temper. If someone upsets her she can be quite scary. She's also very stubborn and wants to do things her way. All in all, however, Liesl is a very wacky, spunky, independent, sweet girl.
BOGGART: Her all alone and her family in danger. PATRONUS: A sparrow. It's such a happy, bouncy bird. HOPES FOR THE FUTURE: Liesl hopes to open up a clothing shop, since fashion is her passion xD. She also wants to marry and have kids.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: None really, she's a pretty normal girl. BLOOD: Pure BIRTHPLACE: London, England MY FAMILY: Father: Richard Johnathan Dawkins III Mother: Margret Louise Amherst Dawkins Brother: Landon Johnathan Dawkins Sisters: Leslee Ann Dawkins Benson Laurel Olivia Dawkins Lucinda Mariana Dawkins Brother-in-law: Edward Nicholas Benson WHATS IN THE PAST: iesl's mother, Meg, was born in Germany in 1936. Her family is one of the most important and influential wizarding families in Germany. Though Wilhelm Amherst was a wealthy and important official, he didn't agree with some of the goings on with Nazi Germany. Because of this he secretly worked for the resistance movement, as did his wife Brigitta. Finally it became too dangerous and Wilhelm moved his family to England. Since neither Wilhelm nor Brigitta wanted their children to attend Durmstrang, Meg and her younger brother Franz both attended Hogwarts. Brigitta was always a controlling woman, and could be rather nasty. However, to her own family she was very loving, though still controlling. Meg was very popular at school, though toward the end of her school career she became a little wild in trying to stop her mother from controlling her. Thankfully she had good friends and she graduated with high marks.
Liesl's father, Richard, was born in London, England in 1934. The Dawkins family is one of the oldest and most influential in England. They are descended from Helga Hufflepuff, and because of this they are more humble about their origins than some pure-blood families. Richard is the oldest of four children and led a normal life. His mother, Darlene, worked as a nurse during WWII and his father, John, fought with a special wizarding section of the Army. Richard went to Hogwarts right as the war was ending and as a young boy always felt a little cheated that he didn't get to join in on the fighting. At Hogwarts Richard was one of the more popular boys and won many people over by his boyish charm. He graduated with high NEWT scores, went on to get his healing training and is now an important healer.
Richard and Meg met the summer before her seventh year at Hogwarts. There was immediate attraction and they started dating soon after meeting. Right before Meg graduated from Hogwarts, Richard asked her to marry him. She soon agreed, though changed her mind a month later and said she was too young. Then, another month later she changed her mind after getting sound advice from her mother. The two were married and a year later had Leslee. Since Meg wanted to become a healer, she decided to juggle being a mother and getting her training. After much work she finally became a healer and started her job. Five years after Leslee, Lan and Liesl were born. Then Laurel was born six years after them, and Lucy five years after Laurel.
Liesl grew up about 90 minutes outside of London. Her family is one of the most respected pureblood wizarding family around. Her father holds an important position at the ministry, and her mother was a healer before she decided she wanted to stay home and take it easy. Liesl has always gotten along with all of her siblings. She and Lan have always been close and did everything together as children. Lan was usually quiet and withdrawn, and Liesl pulled him out of his box, while Lan calmed Liesl down. Meg Dawkins took major time in raising her daughters and son, and Liesl normally listened well to her mother. Richard also took more time out of his day than most pure-blood fathers were willing to do, to raise his kids. The Dawkins parents instilled as many good values as they could in their kids, but always allowed them to have fun.
For seven years, the only kids were Leslee and the twins. They spent a lot of time outside, playing princesses and robber. They also played scores of other games and let their wild imaginations run wild. The Dawkins kids were very active kids and were always happy and got along well. They hardly ever fought, though fighting is inevitable. When Laurel came into the scene, it really didn't make a big difference in the lives of the older onces, since Laurel was very quiet and liked to stay on the outskirts of their play, usually amusing herself with her dolls.
When Liesl was eleven, she and Lan received their Hogwarts letters. Lan was sorted Slytherin, while she went to Hufflepuff. This was the first time the twins had been separated, and it took Liesl awhile to get used to. She's always supported her brother and offers comfort when being in the Slytherin room is too much for him. She made tons of friends and is a social butterfly.

RP EXAMPLE: (this is using Matt's, but I like it so I'm using it.))
Matt sat on his bed, absorbed in a book he had found in his father's library. It was a thick, old book that was written by a German author, so Matt was having to use all of his concentration to grasp the story. However, he had always enjoyed a challenge and he was becoming engrossed in the story. Downstairs, he heard a door slam and a voice calling out his name. “Reading, Mum!” He yelled back to his mother. He heard an 'OK' come from downstairs and he went back to his book.
As he was finishing up a particularly interesting chapter, he heard two sets of legs come stampeding up the stairs. His two younger siblings appeared at the door, Ben holding Angelle's hand. The younger boy told Matt that it was almost time for supper. Nodding, Matt looked back down at his book, hoping to at least finish up the chapter. Instead, Angelle crawled on his bed and sat right in front of him, staring at his face.
Sighing, Matt put the book down and looked back at Angelle. “I'm guessing this means ya want me to come downstairs with ya?” He asked, a slightly annoyed look on his face. The little blond shook her head, pointing out the window instead. “Twampawine!” She stated, nodding emphatically.
Matt put his head to one side and gave his sister a confused look. He ran the word over in his mind a couple of times before he realized that Angelle was saying 'trampoline'. Shutting his book and getting off of his bed, he swung his sister into his arms and headed downstairs. “OK, Angel. But I'm not jumping with ya on my back this time.” He said, giving his sister a serious look. Angelle just nodded and clapped her hands, letting out a giggle. Matt grinned back at her and swung her up on his shoulders. The book could just wait until later.
ANSWER: Let's change this up a bit. That she killed off Ted Tonks and Nymphadora Tonks... poor Andromeda. OTHER:

It's not a big deal, but since she's not a canon character you shouldn't have mentioned house in the history. (Though she's so obviously a Hufflepuff it doesn't really matter. ^_^)Totally didn't realize I did that. Sorry, I pasted from the other site xD.
