She and her brothers always used to play in the clearing in the woods behind their house. Since the oldest, Aiden went off to school, Kayleigh has concentrated on becoming a better flyer than all of her brothers, and succeeded. She is agile in the air and has great aim. While flying, she is completely aware of her surroundings and therefore can anticipate the movements of her opponents or incoming bludgers. However, most importantly, Kayleigh has a competitive drive that forces her to throw everything she has into the game. She doesn't hold back anything when she plays and uses her head and her heart to win. ACCEPTED

Why you should be accepted: Because Mac has been infatuated with anything Quidditch since he could pronounce 'quit-itch' at age four. He's been working at Quality Quidditch Supplies over the summer, and has been training like crazy. He's got a strong arm, fast reflexes and good hand-eye coordination. Although his father disapproves of Quidditch, it's a sort of escape for Mac. He likes the wind in his hair, and the carefree feeling one gets when up in the air. It's a tough sport, and Mac enjoys the adrenaline rush he gets when playing.

She's been playing since she was eleven, but she's been following the game since she was nine. Her stepfather was an avid fan, and taught her everything she knew. Lisette is small and petite, which allows her to travel fast on a broom. Many of her friends think she's great as a Seeker, but Lisette loves Chasing. There's a thrill one gets from avoiding an opponent and an even bigger adrenaline rush one gets from throwing the quaffle and hoping you'll make it. She had to stay at home by herself so she picked up a bat and knowcked things around on her play broom. As soon as she was old enough to fit on a regular broom she had somehow gotten one. Every summer she plays with her five brothers and she has gotten amazingly good. She had a strong arm and enjoys trying to knock the opposing opponents off their brooms. Quidditch is a huge part of London's life, and she would never miss a game. Even if she was sick. She has to play because it helps her release her stress and anger. ACCEPTED

Name: Sage Doloran Age/Year: 16/6th House: Hufflepuff Position: Beater Broom: Tinderblast Why you should be accepted: Sage has spent all of his life around Quidditch. His mother being a retired professional, and his brothers playing all throughout their years in Hogwarts kind of warmed him up to the game even before he started Hogwarts. Once he got into Hogwarts, and was told he could join the game himself, Sage jumped on the opportunity without hesitation. He's built for being a Beater, and he takes both his position and the sport extremely seriously. To him, Quidditch is a second way of life, and he wouldn't have it any other way. He's confident on his broom, isn't afraid to take a hit- be it from other players, a Bludger, or another Beater- and he's always optimistic for his team no matter if they win or lose. ACCEPTED

Whenever she was at home she'd have mini matches with her friends. And she always played the seeker. Through a lot of practise she's taught herself to endure anything. Why you should be accepted: What Nyx lacks for in brains she makes up for with her athleticism and determination. Because of all the... Activity she gets into, and possibly her lineage, she has very long, strong arms that can send any bludger flying. Her broom skills are top notch, as she's been falling off of them since her daddy put her on one (age: three. Illume was VERY upset) and has the skill and dynamics to be quick but effecient. The game effects her on a personal level, because she sees her teammates as friends and other houses as enemies. Nyx would be more than willing to take a bludger for a team mate, and maybe even still play because of a developed high pain tollerance. As for the opposite team? Nyx has fairly good aim, and the drive to win.
She's got to support Gryffindor somehow!

Name: James Potter Age/Year: 17/7th House: Gryffindor Position: Chaser Broom: Silver Arrow 500 Why you should be accepted: James has been flying ever since he could remember. His father bought him a childrens' broom when he was 1 but ever since the age of four James used to sneak into the broom shed and test out the real brooms. To James, it feels natural to fly and its his favourite thing to do. He doesn't have to think much when he flies, he just knows what to do. His reflexes are fairly amazing which helps him catch the ball quickly and his hand-eye co-ordniation ensure that he nearly always gets the goal. **Warning, putting James on the quidditch team may cause his head to grow even bigger** lol.

He seems to be a natural- strong arms suited to passing and catching the Quaffle, long fingers that make it easy to do the actual catching, a keen eye and a strategic mind are all abilities that he possesses, and although he hasn't been playing as long as some of his team-mates, he still holds his own fairly well. ACCEPTED Name: Amos Diggory Age/Year: 17/Seventh House: Hufflepuff Position: Seeker Broom: Silver Arrow Why you should be accepted: If little boys could be born flying broomsticks, Amos would have been one of them. Since he could mount one without causing himself grievous harm (and even before then), he's been flying his broomstick around, practicing weaving and ducking. His reflexes are astonishing, and he has one of the fastest catching times at Hogwarts, if not the fastest. ACCEPTED

He loves the game and practices as much as he can. He also has a good eye and quick reactions so he is able to block the Quaffle. He's good at observing the Chasers and figuring out which way they're going to throw the Quaffle, another reason why he blocks well. As for captain, Lan understands the game well and can help the different players get better at their positions. Though quiet and reserved off field, Lan becomes commanding out on the field and he can handle being captain of the Quidditch team. ACCEPTED Name: Liesl Dawkins Age/Year: 16/6th House: Hufflepuff Position: Chaser Broom: Cleansweep Why you should be accepted: Liesl has played Quidditch since she was very young. Being Lan's twin sister she was forced to play with him so he could practice. Also, she has had to live with a Quidditch obsessed brother and older sister for quite some time so she's very familiar with strategies and the like. Liesl is a good flyer and has a good eye. Her reflects are fast and she really does enjoy the sport. ACCEPTED Name: Matt Brookes Age/Year: 16/6th House: Ravenclaw Position: Beater Broom: Cleansweep Why you should be accepted: Though Matt isn't obsessed with Quidditch or sports, he still thoroughly enjoys playing quidditch. He's a good flyer and he loves the feeling of flying around the quidditch pitch. Matt has strong arms and a good aim, so he is talented at hitting the Bludger away from his teammates. The rest of Matt's build is a bit thinner, but that means he's a fast flyer and can get places quickly. ACCEPTED

Name:Raiden Phoenix Age/Year: 16/6th House:Hufflepuff Position: Keeper Broom: Nimbus 1000 Why you should be accepted: Ever since that flying lesson as a First year, Raiden has loved being in the air, and took to it very well. He's also really good at getting hit with things. If the Quaffle hits the Keeper, then it (usually) doesn't go in the hoops. Over the years, though, he's actively tried to improve his ability to swat the ball back into play instead of just getting hit with it, and has improved a lot. Overall, Raiden loves the game of Quidditch, and enjoys the rush of playing it with people he gets along with. ACCEPTED

He tried his luck with a few different positions, but only that of the Chaser really worked out for him. He's a fair team player and certainly knows what he's doing when it comes to strategies. Name: Benjamin Thornton Age/Year: 18/Seventh House: Slytherin Position: Beater/Reserve Keeper Broom: The latest Cleansweep Why you should be accepted: Ben's been flying since he was a young boy- it was the concession his parents had to make in return for forcing him to play horseback polo. A trade-off, as it were. Since then, he's developed astounding general knowledge about brooms, the theories behind brooms and, of course, how to play Quidditch. Initially he practised for Keeper, but he found that his tall, solid build was more suited for playing Beater. As it were, he has excellent upper body strength and good aim on top of that, and many an opposing player have fallen victim to his decisively beaten bludgers. ACCEPTED.

Tristain loved it, and it was something that was just his and his mum's. Nobody else's. Despite his distaste for anything with rules and regulations, Tristain loves the game and has been on the house team for three years. He used to try and me a Chaser like his mum, but he realized that he was far better as a Beater. ACCEPTED. Name: Danielle Dawson Age/Year: 16/5th House: Hufflepuff Position: Beater, reserve Chaser Broom: A Sapphire Why you should be accepted: Danielle has been flying since she was six years old. When her father went to take her brothers out for the first time, Dani begged to go. At first her father told her no, but Dani had long since perfected 'The Look' as it's referred to in her house, and they let her go. Danielle fell in love with the game. Both her parents had played on the house team, and when Danielle was in her third year she got put on the team as a reserve in America. She was a reserve for two years and she ended up playing every position but Keeper. (Which she is completely terrible at to be honest.) Despite her small size, she seems to be quite the little beater, and other players tend to underestimate her. When the Captian saw her waiting to try out (s)he never dreamed she'd be any good at it. She seems to have impressed him though. Chaser is her second favorite position, and she would have been fine with either spot. ACCEPTED.

Name: Alabaster Kalen Age/Year: Fifteen/4th Year House: Hufflepuff Position: Chaser/Reserve Beater Broom: El Cielo Why you should be accepted: Alabaster's father owns a Quidditch shop, so she was exposed to the wizarding game ever since she was a child. She had grown a fond love for flying over the years and would love nothing more than to be a part of her Hogwarts Quidditch Team. She would love nothing more than to get some revenge against some of the kids that have picked on her in the past. She especially love playing the Beater position, but because the older Hufflepuffs took those spots, Alabaster was placed as a Chaser, which is aboslutely fine with her. ACCEPTED.
