Dominik opened his eyes and looked up at the board tiredly. He was not really awake today and it was not really helping that the topic today was something he already knew. Why did he take this class in the first place? He knew everything about muggles, he was one. Oh, that's right... easy class points. lol. Dur. He shrugged and looked to the side of him, sitting next to him was a rather lovely little blond. Danielle Dawson. That was another reason he did not mind this class, he loved spending time with her. He sighed and looked back to the board, taking out a quill and parchment. He wasn't going to take notes, he didn't need to. He was going to write one, to Dani. He unrolled his parchment and dipped his quill in ink before writing out a short, but to the point message to Danielle, when he was done he nudged her with his arm and slid the parchment to her.

Hey... so, do you know if there is anything going on with Jayden and Cooper? I know they seemed close, but now they are... well, not. I feel like something might have happened, anything catch your eye?

Muggle studies was ridiculously boring today. Usually the class was a lot of fun, but if you know the muggle life it could be really boring. Today was one of those examples. She was dozing off when she felt something nudge her arm. She looked up in surprise. She smiled, Dom had passed her a note.

I dunno. Cooper says she's been kind of avoiding him. He's really confused and kind of hurt too. I told him he just needs to talk to her. I think he's going to do it! Maybe they'll get together. They're so adorable. They're just too shy. You know?

Dominik leaned back in his seat slightly and waited for her reply. When she slid him the note he smirked and leaned forward. He nodded softly and replied to her.

Yeah, they do look good together. You should have seen the way he looked at her one night on holiday, he carried her to sleep in your room, he looked like he was in heaven just having her in his arms. I think they should get together, but Cooper and Jayden do both have that shy factor... maybe they'll talk their issues over and make up before the carnival. Speaking of which, you excited?

The night Jayden and I fell asleep and y'all carried us up? I think that's the night Risi told me about! I wish I could have seen it. You couldn't write a better moment! It wasn't long after that when she started avoiding him though... We'll see though. He just needs to man up and talk to her.

I'm really excited! I think it will be a lot of fun. Plus, it's for a really good cause. My mum used to volunteer for the organization. She's mainly focused on the Muggles and Magic Organization now though. I wish I had someone to go with though. I suppose I'll just hang out with Ris like usual. What about you?

Well, something might have happened, you never know... right? I mean, it was not that long afterward that she was not talking to him. I noticed the day after she seemed to be a little. I don't really know how to put it. Hm... a little distracted, yeah, from everyone. Cooper even told me that when they exchanged gifts she looked happy to get hers and everything, and gave him his, everything seemed so wonderful, but when he said they needed to talk - I think he was going to tell her he liked her, he wont admit it to me but I think he was - she just shook her head and said she had to go, since then... they have barely spoken. Worries me...

I am glad you are excited! I am too, I am not used to this sort of thing, there will be a lot going on. I am really happy it's going to a good cause though, I even asked my parents for extra money to spend so that I could help out. They obliged of course and my aunt and uncle gave me some as well. They said to think of it as their donation for the week. So I will have plenty so spend, kinda looking for someone to spend it on...

Well, you know... Risi ... she might have a date ... you never know. You could, you know, always go with... me? I mean, it would be really great if you could. I don't wanna push you or anything, I know my cousin is your best friend. I'll understand completely if you say no... I was just... you know... asking. I would really like it if you would... be my date.

Dom was nearly hyperventilating when he was done writing that. He played it off cool when he slipped her the paper, but... his words were really jumbled. He didn't care. He liked her. This was his chance.

She took the note back and read over it. She looked up in surprise. She looked back down and read over the note again. She hadn't read it wrong. He really had asked her. She grabbed her quill and quickly wrote out a reply.

I'd love to go with you Dom. Pick me up at noon?

She passed it back to him and looked up at the professor.

Dom was a nervous wreck when the note came back, even though he looked like nothing was wrong. He read it over and a wide smile broke out onto his lips. He didn't bother writing back, he just looked at her and smiled brightly, nodding to her, he'd be there. This was perfect.

Sliding the parchment into his bag he then looked to the professor, even though he could not stop smiling.

She smiled at him and turned back to look at the teacher tucking her hair behind her ears.

Risi was going to be thrilled. What was she going to wear? She was so excited.

She kind of wished she could have kept the note though, it would have been a nice momento...

She continued taking notes, but her notes didn't really make any sense when she tried to read them later.
